أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ﴿1﴾
Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? (English: Saheeh International)
(Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart,N (English: Sarwar)
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ﴿2﴾
And We removed from you your burden (English: Saheeh International)
relieved you of the burden (English: Sarwar)
الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ﴿3﴾
Which had weighed upon your back (English: Saheeh International)
which had been a heavy weight upon your back (English: Sarwar)
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ﴿4﴾
And raised high for you your repute. (English: Saheeh International)
and granted you an exalted reputation? (English: Sarwar)
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا﴿5﴾
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (English: Saheeh International)
After every difficulty there is relief. (English: Sarwar)
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا﴿6﴾
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (English: Saheeh International)
Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. (English: Sarwar)
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ﴿7﴾
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. (English: Saheeh International)
When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) (English: Sarwar)
وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ﴿8﴾
And to your Lord direct [your] longing. (English: Saheeh International)
and be devoted to your Lord\`s service. (English: Sarwar)
وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ﴿1﴾
By the fig and the olive (English: Saheeh International)
By the fig, by the olive,N (English: Sarwar)
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ﴿2﴾
And [by] Mount Sinai (English: Saheeh International)
