وَالْمُرْسَلَاتِ عُرْفًا﴿1﴾
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts (English: Saheeh International)
By (the angels) sent forth with the commands of God,N (English: Sarwar)
فَالْعَاصِفَاتِ عَصْفًا﴿2﴾
And the winds that blow violently (English: Saheeh International)
by (the angels) as swift as blowing winds,N (English: Sarwar)
وَالنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْرًا﴿3﴾
And [by] the winds that spread [clouds] (English: Saheeh International)
by (the angels) spreading (the words of God) far and wide,N (English: Sarwar)
فَالْفَارِقَاتِ فَرْقًا﴿4﴾
And those [angels] who bring criterion (English: Saheeh International)
by (the angels) who make a clear distinction between right and wrong (English: Sarwar)
فَالْمُلْقِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا﴿5﴾
And those [angels] who deliver a message (English: Saheeh International)
and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets) (English: Sarwar)
عُذْرًا أَوْ نُذْرًا﴿6﴾
As justification or warning,N (English: Saheeh International)
to provide excuses for some and to give warnings to others: (English: Sarwar)
إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَاقِعٌ﴿7﴾
Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. (English: Saheeh International)
that whatever with which you have been warned will inevitably come to pass. (English: Sarwar)
فَإِذَا النُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ﴿8﴾
So when the stars are obliterated (English: Saheeh International)
Then the stars will lose their light. (English: Sarwar)
وَإِذَا السَّمَاءُ فُرِجَتْ﴿9﴾
And when the heaven is opened (English: Saheeh International)
Heavens will rent asunder. (English: Sarwar)
وَإِذَا الْجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْ﴿10﴾
And when the mountains are blown away (English: Saheeh International)
The mountains will be blown away as dust. (English: Sarwar)
