طسم﴿1﴾
Ta, Seen, Meem. (English: Saheeh International)
Ta. Sin. Mim. (English: Sarwar)
تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ﴿2﴾
These are the verses of the clear Book. (English: Saheeh International)
These are the verses of the illustrious Book. (English: Sarwar)
لَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ﴿3﴾
Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. (English: Saheeh International)
You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. (English: Sarwar)
إِنْ نَشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ آيَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَاقُهُمْ لَهَا خَاضِعِينَ﴿4﴾
If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. (English: Saheeh International)
Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. (English: Sarwar)
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ ذِكْرٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ﴿5﴾
And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. (English: Saheeh International)
Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. (English: Sarwar)
فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنْبَاءُ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ﴿6﴾
For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. (English: Saheeh International)
They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. (English: Sarwar)
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ﴿7﴾
Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? (English: Saheeh International)
Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? (English: Sarwar)
إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ﴿8﴾
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. (English: Saheeh International)
In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. (English: Sarwar)
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ﴿9﴾
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. (English: Saheeh International)
Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. (English: Sarwar)
وَإِذْ نَادَى رَبُّكَ مُوسَى أَنِ ائْتِ الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ﴿10﴾
And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people - (English: Saheeh International)
When Your Lord told Moses to go to the unjust people of the Pharaoh (English: Sarwar)
