طه﴿1﴾
Ta, Ha. (English: Saheeh International)
Ta Ha. (English: Sarwar)
مَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ لِتَشْقَى﴿2﴾
We have not sent down to you the Qur\`an that you be distressed (English: Saheeh International)
We have sent the Quran only as reminder (English: Sarwar)
إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَى﴿3﴾
But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah] - (English: Saheeh International)
for those who have fear (of disobeying God), not to make you, (Muhammad), miserable. (English: Sarwar)
تَنْزِيلًا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى﴿4﴾
A revelation from He who created the earth and highest heavens,N (English: Saheeh International)
It is a revelation from the Creator of the earth and the high heavens. (English: Sarwar)
الرَّحْمَنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى﴿5﴾
The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established. (English: Saheeh International)
The Beneficent God is dominant over the Throne (of the realm). (English: Sarwar)
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرَى﴿6﴾
To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth and what is between them and what is under the soil. (English: Saheeh International)
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth, all that lies between them, and lies below the earth. (English: Sarwar)
وَإِنْ تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى﴿7﴾
And if you speak aloud - then indeed, He knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden. (English: Saheeh International)
Whether or not you express (your thoughts) in words, God certainly knows all unspoken thoughts and all that is even more difficult to find. (English: Sarwar)
اللهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى﴿8﴾
Allah - there is no deity except Him. To Him belong the best names. (English: Saheeh International)
God is the only Lord and to Him belong all the exalted Names. (English: Sarwar)
وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَى﴿9﴾
And has the story of Moses reached you? - (English: Saheeh International)
(Muhammad), have you heard the story of Moses? (English: Sarwar)
إِذْ رَأَى نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَعَلِّي آتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى﴿10﴾
When he saw a fire and said to his family, "Stay here; indeed, I have perceived a fire; perhaps I can bring you a torch or find at the fire some guidance." (English: Saheeh International)
When he saw the fire, he said to his family, "Wait here for I can see a fire. Perhaps I shall bring you a burning torch or find a way to some fire". (English: Sarwar)
